The good news is that I picked up a set of rollers of Craigslist. 45 minutes on those today, and safe to say, my pedal stroke need some work.

I'm surprised you're pedal stroke needs work with all those single-speed hours. But I have noticed at Ray's an agressive pounding stroke seems easier.
